Music for marches and performances
01 · Speaker placement
Left-and-right coverage from the main tent
The two TS415 speakers were positioned on the left and right sides of the main tent, facing outward toward the field so announcements and programme audio could be projected across the agreed activity area.
02 · Preparation
A straightforward setup with laptop audio ready
The system was installed as agreed with the client, followed by speaker and microphone checks. An auxiliary connection was prepared for the client’s laptop so specific songs could be played for each march and scheduled performance.
03 · Sound adjustment
Brief microphone feedback kept under control
A few brief feedback moments occurred during microphone use. Quick level adjustments and careful microphone handling kept them under control with minimal interruption to the programme.
Result
Smooth programme support from the opening announcements onward
Alhamdulillah, the sports day ran smoothly. Announcements, marching cues and music from the client’s laptop were supported throughout the agreed programme, while the two-speaker arrangement provided practical coverage from the main tent toward the field.
